The Amelia, or just Amelia, is the Captain's private yacht. She was named after Amelia Peabody-Emmerson, one of the Captain's heroines. She is 12 meters long and 3 meters wide/high. The ship has a dark, glassy surface outside, and is mostly beige inside. There are plenty of 20th century Rock and Roll Concert posters on the walls.

Amelia has a somewhat abrasive personality and sometimes will simply refuse to do certain things or go to certain places without offering any reason why.

When not aboard the Trouble, Amelia is generally parked on the roof of the Captain's Brooklyn home.

Amelia knows where the Captain is, within a certain range, at all times, via the Babel Fish Device.
