A shark on a scooter? That's our Dana!

Dana's people, the Gnotata, hail from the planet Pritsi. Pristi's shrinking oceans have caused much of its aquatic life to adapt to a semi-terrestrial lifestyle. While they can waddle around on land, these specialized scooters, a gift from the UFP, have been found to be far superior and have been adopted by almost everyone except the most stubborn reactionaries.
